This is a recipe, but essentially a system for creating the ideal meal.

Get egg noodles, carrots, celery, cabbage, and cubed tofu.

Get sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and sesame oil.

Start a pan with the olive oil, and fry the tofu with the sesame oil, sriracha, and soy sauce.

Boil the noodles, carrots, cabbage, and celery.

Once they’re boiled throw them in the stirfry pan and add more soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.

Put in a few teaspoons of sugar and serve.

It’s very very close to the #86 at Da Lat.

Eating at Friendlys

Don’t eat at Friendly’s unless:

You want a tuna melt with french fries and really good pickles and you are in a good enough mood that you don’t mind spending a ton of money on what would cost way less anywhere else with that kind of quality and you want to feel warm and cozy like all those years when everything was ok in life and your mom took you to Friendly’s.

Or ice cream, from the outside counter, on a date, in July.

East Side Mario’s

If you can avoid it don’t eat at any restaurant establishment that is located right past Quinsigamond Bridge on the line between Worcester and Shrewsbury. I personally believe the building is haunted and every eating experience you have there will be experienced as bad in one way or another.

Whenever eating at Papa Gino’s only order the Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce, no meatballs,

Cranberry Juice

Only ever drink Cranberry Juice on Flight 490 from Denver to Boston.

The advantages of this are that you don’t end up drinking cranberry juice as a general system, but that you enjoy this unique elixir only in the air.

Flying from Denver to Boston

Only ever fly JetBlue Flight 490. It leaves at 11:35. Be at airport somewhere between 8 and 9:30. Check your bags, and go to Burger King. It is the only restaurant open this late. Get a Veggie Burger, Large Fry, and Chocolate Milk. Sit, eat, enjoy. Go through security, take train to terminal. Sit, or get an iced tea. Board, try to sleep as much as possible by resting your head on the tray table. Get cranberry juice, wake up in Boston, and get your luggage.
